Experienced Breeders

Hello and thank you for your interest in our dogs! We have been raising Catahoula Leopard Dogs since 2014. We are a small NALC Registered Kennel producing a litter a year here in Michigan. We produce larger frame dogs that are a little more laid back. We selectively breed for desired demeanor. All puppies born are seen by our licensed veterinarian and leave here with age appropriate vaccines and multiple dewormings. I strive to produce litters that meet and preserve the National Association of Louisiana Catahoulas (NALC) standard.

A Furever Friend

Catahoulas are a high energy breed and as the NALC motto states "Not everyone needs a Catahoula." BEFORE purchasing a puppy you should research the breed to make sure it will be a good fit for your family and your families needs. We are not a hunting family. We enjoy obedience, conformation, rally and CAMPING with our dogs! This breed is so versatile and should go in any direction you decide to put them in. Whether you own a farm, need protection around your home, want a hunting/blood trailing dog, or just a companion the Catahoula may be right for you. The key when owning and working with Catahoulas is to provide constant stimulation. A tired houla is a happy houla. How do I get on the waitlist and reserve a puppy?

We only hold puppies if a deposit has been placed. Puppies are picked in the order the deposits were received. Deposits are non-refundable and only accepted via Paypal. Peach Tree Catahoulas reserves the right to pick from any litter first. I can not guarantee sex or color. If you choose to pass on a litter, I will roll over that deposit on the next available litter. If you do not choose a puppy from the following litter your deposit will be forfeited and will not be returned. I have the right to refuse the sale of any puppy. This may include pups that have a deposit holding them. If for some reason, I refuse the sale your deposit will be returned.

Do you offer transportation?

I do not offer transport. However, I can get you in touch with a transporter. These arrangements need to be made with the transporter in advance. Once a puppy leaves the kennel we are no longer responsible. If you decide to not use the recommended transporter PLEASE read reviews of the chosen transporter!

Do all puppies come with registration papers?

Yes, all puppies leave here with their registration application. It is up to you to turn that application in with NALC. All puppies are sold without breeding rights unless discussed otherwise. If a puppy is sold as pet quality the NALC papers will be marked as such. There also may be the need to have pet quality puppies sold with a neuter/spay contract. This is non-negotiable. If you purchase a pup with said contract the NALC papers will be held until that pup has been fixed. Proof of this service is required before papers will be mailed.
